I want to eat more raw fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds after my band and am worried about the nuts and seeds going down.Jess - My understanding is that you don't get the good stuff out of the flaxseed unless you grind it, so I grind it. Cari 0 Posted February 19, 2008 I have started sliming again, all the time no matter what I eat, and yes I chew. I know I am not able to eat rice, hard boiled eggs, Pasta, bread etc, but the last few days, no matter what I eat doesn't stay down. Liquids are no problem, but I feel a head cold coming on.
