allielee 263 Posted November 6, 2008 b: slimfast cappucinno delight drink L: slimfast lo carb milk chocolate drink d: 1/4 cup of corned beef 1/8 cup of cabbage and 1/4 cup of carrots.. sooo yummy trying to jumpstart my weightloss again and it worked!! lost 3 pounds overnight.. 1/2 hour at curves 1/2 hour wii fit 10 sit ups!! Weighed in at 7 weeks. Lost 28lb since starting out. Lost 18lb since surgery date.
