jmegirl 2 Posted October 21, 2008 Does anyone remember the Full liquid Phase of post-op? Did you drink Protein Drinks during that phase, i.e. EAS or Atkins? What about those new IDS whey Protein Bullets (the 3 ounce liquid shots that are 42g of protein) - anyone have those during the Full Liquid Phase of post-op? Thanks! Missy0224 6 Posted October 21, 2008 I don't know if anyone had tried this but they have a Vivanno Protein Shake at Starbucks. I especially love the Banana chocolate blend, it has 20 grams of Protein, 260 calories, and 4.5 grams of fat.
