luluc 6 Posted October 5, 2008 I don't know if it's me but, it seems when I have the whey Protein I eat like a horse. I can't control myself. I am going to try it tomorrow and it effects me like that, I guess I will have to try something else. Either that or I need a fill. I cancelled my appt last month. that's an interesting observation, i ususally drink them prior to working out & assumed the hunger came from exercise....things that make ya go hmmmmmm... not heard of shake the weight - is there really such a thing??:tongue2: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

kcmagu 3 Posted October 5, 2008 I sadly hang my head in shame as i say I have to edit my intake from yesterday i had a night snack / dessert - a pumpkin cupcake :tongue2:- couldn't believe that I could eat it let alone that I did! and then had a meatball later (didn't help that I was up until 03:30 am.) oh well! today is a new day right?
