LindaSusan 0 Posted January 1, 2008 Hello, Blooeyez.....I was banded 7/2/07...'round the same time as you but I can't eat meat without it getting stuck. I have 1.8cc in my band. I wish I could eat a similar diet to yours! I have an appt with the clinic on 1/10.....is it possible I'm too tight? Alot of times after eating I get this awful pain "in my sides".....pressure, whew! I have either 2.3 or 2.4 in my band, when I went back for my unfill (in November) Dr K said I only had 2.5 in (when I should have had 2.6) ... then he removed .2 so not too sure of the amount, and I certainly hope I don't have a leak! Taynuh 1 Posted January 3, 2008 Yesterday Breakfast earl grey tea w/ cream and 1 tsp. sugar slim fast low carb shake lunch wendy's oriental chicken salad with almonds, crispy noodles and oriental dressing lite lemonade snack 2 - 100 calorie snack bags dinner 1/2 of country fried chicken with gravy 1/4 cup mashed potatoes 2 broccoli florets (I hate half-raw, steamed broccoli.... I like mine overcooked!) Snack Crunchy ice cream bar Today Breakfast earl grey tea w/ cream and 1 tsp. sugarmaple and brown sugar oatmeal, one packet 1/2 c. 2% milk Snack Nesquick strawberry Milk (reduced fat), 16 oz. (like wow, 400 calories!) Lunch (planned0 chili, beef and Beans, 12 oz. Snack pistachios, small bag, 150 calories Dinner pork loin (size of deck of cards) 1/4 c. mashed 'taters 1/4 c. veggies (to be determined) As you can see, I kinda eat what i want, in the amounts my band allows... so far, so good....
