When it was all done I split it open added salsa and ff sour cream, green onions:tt2::tt2: That sounds good! Will definitely try it soon :drool: Today ~ Breakfast ~ 1 Cheesy Scrambled Egg Lunch ~ chocolate Peanut Butter Walnut Protein Shake Dinner ~ The fam wanted pizza Hut ... 2 Boneless Garlic Parmesan Hot Wings, Toppings off of 2 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza & 1 Cinnamon Stick (dipped in icing of course :tt2:) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

luluc 6 Posted September 12, 2008 hey tina - banana scream is a brand of champion whey products. i've tried a bunch, have a pantry full of Protein powders ..this one i just really like. here is out i make it: champion pure whey banana scream - 1scoop (130cal / 23g protein) 8oz skim milk half banana approx 6 frozen mango or pinapple chunks (act as ice cubes too) blend i've been drinking these before working out w/my trainer.
