truediva 1 Posted September 11, 2008 The latest one i made was pizza style ground turkey italian sausage with onion, garlic and italian seasoning add turkey pepperoni and a little pizza sauce. Spray a muffin pan spoon mixture into the pan top with cheese (i used parmesean and mozarella) top with either whole eggs or egg beaters ( i add a little half and half to the egg beaters, almost filling the pan.. truediva 1 Posted September 12, 2008 it's a muffin without the bread. The egg bakes around the other ingredients, it comes out like a muffin. The other day I made a taco version with ground turkey, chili powder, onions, garlic, cumin, oregano, tomatoes, taco sauce shredded cheese.
