Yesterday Breakfast- 8oz instant coffee with sugar free hazlenut Creamer Snack-Vivanno chocolate and banana smoothie from Starbucks Lunch-1 can of cream of brocolli Soup Dinner-1 can of refried Beans with low fat shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon of sour cream 1,065 calories total Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
