jackiebee 1 Posted September 28, 2008 (edited) B-Coffee w/ lil bit of milk, 3 diced and fried pieces of Canadian Bacon inside of 1/2c Egg Beaters, 1 oz shredded cheese L-6 frozen meatballs w/ 1 TBL ketchup, frozen indiviudal veggies (broch & carrots) but I PB'd...ate too fast S-2 Twizlers that I PB'd D- 2 pieces of fried shrimp but PB'd S-Tomatoe Soup Not a good day for me at all....... lisafitz 18 Posted September 29, 2008 My starts with 1 egg scrabbled low fat alpine lace cheese (that's at 6:30am) Then before I leave for work I make my choc protien shake with a banana (I have to be in work at 10 am) couple hrs later it's a sugar free pudding/or jello Lunch: egg salad or shrimp snack: sugar free jello/or pudding dinner: chicken and veggies that's mostly everyday sometimes I bring what I made for dinner the night before for lunch.
