NOlanebryant 0 Posted August 22, 2008 I am consuming to much food. small portions, but way to much. I seem to have lost my way. Please help me get back on track. Last nigjht I started out good, I had 1/2 filet catfish and spinage. Then at 10pm I did the unthinkable. I ate a FRIED chicken leg and FRIED OKARA!! AND 1/2 OF A BISCUT!!... I think I may be suffering from mental hunger. How can i get back on tarack, before the weight gets back on me. I am 5lbs from my 100lbs mark. PLEASE HELP ME! PLEASE HELP ME! i think head hunger is one thing - true hunger another. if your meals are not keeping you full; you may want to re-evaluate them.....if it's your head - set rules for yourself. allow for Snacks - but make them healthy. set a time you no longer eat after - for me i try not to eat past 7pm. btw - fried okra sounds so good right now..; good luck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

My doc said to me, "If you can eat bread, you're not tight enough!" Sounds like, if you can eat a biscuit, maybe a fill would help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You are in Dallas metroplex.. who was you surgeon? frank felts i also agree w/suzanneg, i don't think i could handle a biscut - the only bread i can do is peperidge farm thin slice whole wheat, and it needs to be toasted.
