jenhay 1 Posted August 21, 2008 started with a Protein Shake and cream of wheat, watermelon for a snack, mashed patatoes and pureed squash for lunch, watermelon for snack, and refried Beans with ff cheese for dinner. I was wondering if any one else out there was eating watermelon and cantaloupe at the pureed stage of the band. Got my Band on July 31. Renee74 0 Posted August 21, 2008 bella--everyday is different for me. I try to eat until I feel full but not stuffed. Sometimes a few bites will do it. Bozzj 0 Posted August 21, 2008 got a fill yesterday..so now i'm up to 6.6...:smile2: b: venti iced chai tea latte l: Soup of some sort. whatever the deli has today s: if needed (no idea) i brought a sugar free pudding d: leftover healthy potato Soup (same as yesterday lol) I'm sort of kicking myself in the you know what because i had a bagel this week...i haven't lost any weight:frown: and i've been doing a 2-3 mile in home walking tape that i love. A lot less 1 Posted August 22, 2008 I thought "free lunch" was over, but no, we ate free today again Today B- coffee, 2 slices of bacon, egg salad (made w/ 1 egg, 1 tsp. relish and 1 tsp of low fat mayo) S- handful mixed nuts w/ 2 oz yogurt L- 1/2 cheese burger w/o the bun,1 hot dog (plain)w/o the bun, 1 small pkg cheetos S- other 1/2 cheese burger patty and 1 ice pop D- 2 oz broiled fish Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
