BTTRFLI1432 0 Posted August 20, 2008 08192008 bk...strawberry nutrigrain bar snack.....25 cent bag of doritos..oppss lunch...dib dabbed in a variety plate from a buffet snack....nutty buddy.....i'm not doing good here supper....tuna i guess the above is better than i would eat without being banded.....lets compare bk....2 eggs..countryham...grits...toast snack....4 or 5 Cookies lunch...double whopper ff coke snack...ice cream dinner...2 or 3 pork chops...2 helpings of mac n cheese...gardenpeas...and 2 biscuits... Now...comparing what i ate yesterday to what i would eat without the band...all things considering i guess i'm not doing to bad... momof5 0 Posted August 20, 2008 Julieh - Don't have any ideas for Protein powder but found some AWESOME meatballs that have 11g for every three!!! They are Aidells chicken meatballs, teriyaki & pineapple. They're precooked and take 1 minute in the microwave. So they make a fast, protein packed snack.< /p> Hope this helps! S: 1 sugarfree chocolate pudding snack I see some of you eating only 1/4 cup of this or that. Are you really full with this or are you being really good about dieting, because I don't seem to get full easy.
