I think I've got the eating under control but I'd like to know about your excercise habits... hi momof5 - there are several exercise threads (monthly exercise challenge/couch to 5k/etc) out there in the "fitness/exercise forums". take a look there to see what everyone is doing - & join! for me, i work out 5/6 days a wk - 2 with a trainer. i don't consider it a chore, actually enjoy the benefits. all the best~ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
betrthnever 107 Posted June 11, 2008 I have had 2 fills and have almost no restriction. So feels like I could eat a whole chicken at times (ok, slight exaggeration)...you folks who are having 1 tablespoon of corn or an ounce of tuna, I'm assuming you have good restriction? My Dr doesn't have us weighing anything as long as we eat within a 20 minute period. How many of you feel like you have to really control the amount you eat?
