l- 1 steak / pork shishkabob & 1 grilled veggie 'kabob

d- 1c squash spaghetti / spinach risotto

s- fresh strawberries w/ a spoon full of low fat cool whip

I'm getting back on track, and am wondering what chicken breasts you are talking about? Where might I find them at wal-mart. I'm looking for some yummy things to help keep me focused and eating well.

I found them in the freezer bin. The one that sits in the the aisle, in front of the meat cases. They are 2 in a box (jalepeno stuffed and cordon blue)

Also, there were some mushroom stuffed ones in the meatcase with the regular chicken. Hope it helps.

I have looked for the stuffed chicken breasts at the Walmart near my home, but I can't find them. Is there any where else I can buy them?

For today:

B - low carb Protein Shake

L - South Beach Diet lunch kit: chicken ceasar wrap

S - 1 piece beef jerkey, small green salad with low-fat/low carb italian dressing

D - few Fiber One crackers with spinach dip, Baked Spagetti fake-out (made with spaggeti squash - I found the recipe on this website)

L: 1cup of campbell chicken ans wild rice Soup

S: .25c honey roasted peanuts

D: 3chicken wings 2tbsp of baked Beans

total cal. 993

60 min cardio :thumbup:
