Jaxbander introduced me and it really helps to keep up with what you have been eating.:shades_smile: Yesterday B- small orange L- 3/4 package of smoked salmon D- 1/2 piece of tilapia a few pieces of zuchinni and squash. My typical day is: Breakfast: coffee with lots of Milk Lunch: Low Carb Slimfast Snack: 90 calorie pack oatmeal bites Dinner: 1/2 Cup Soup or chili or mac-n-cheese Lots of water!
