Daisalana 33 Posted February 21, 2008 I've been a naughty bandster lately! 2 day ago: -Starbucks Frappuccino for b'fast -about 4 bites of Chili-5-Way from Steak N shake & 1/2 chocolate milkshake for lunch -Leftover 1/2 taquito and 2 tbsp of spanish rice for dinner Snack- 4oz OJ & about 6 tostitoes with salsa Yesterday -No b'fast -1 sicilian quesadilla triangle from tgif's & about 1oz of steak for lunch -1 small chicken tenderloin and 1/4c of fried okra from crackerbarrel for dinner Snack- 2 bites of cola cake from CB :smile: Funny how this is me being 'bad', but doesn't even make a dent on my pre-band days. My band is full and I still fell like I have hardly any restriction-but this web site) particulary this part on what eveyone's eating) is very helpful.
