NYGMEN 0 Posted February 6, 2008 B- 1/2 cup Fiber one w/skim plus about 125cal (5g Protein) L- Healthy Choice Soup about 220cal (14g of Protein) S- EAS Carb control bar- 260cal (25g Protein) D- Will be a small Salmon Fillet w/Veg about 400cal and 20g Protein for the day- 1005cal and 64g protein. This is the first day i added the EAS bar into my diet.. JosieK 120 Posted February 6, 2008 breakfast: coffee mid morning: Protein Shake with a banana lunch: 2 stone crab claws 32 oz of Water plan for rest of the day: dinner: tuna fish + vegetable 32 oz of water i dont get enough vegetables. up until last week i was having trouble eating them. my doctor took some of my fill out and i can eat them now. so i want to get them back in. I'm getting banded on March 3-- I'm hoping- no I'm PLANNING to be where you are in a year! Great job! Did you have trouble with hunger and/or cheating after being banded? I'm cautious about being too hopeful that the band will actually help where other diets have failed me. Any words of wisdom for me? thanks for posting your stats- they help folks like me!
