Breakfast: Cappuccino & 1/2 Protein Test Tube Lunch: Egg Roll (drained of as much grease as I could possibly manage) "Snack": 1/2 Protein Test Tube Dinner: 2.2oz Hamburger Steak with ketchup "other snack": Curves chocolate Peanut Granola Bar -LOTS of Water yesterday.. especially if SF kool-aid counts - Today... Daisalana 33 Posted September 27, 2007 I don't endorse them because I've heard that it's not the 'good protein'.. but I still take them till I find something better. mrspruett 0 Posted September 30, 2007 Bfast- none( in a rush) Lunch-(out shopping so I ate Taco Bell) the guts out of a burrito supreme and discarded the tortilla, 1 cup pintos n cheese Supper-2 oz baked boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned with Mrs.Dash and a couple of bites of salad. Speaking for myself personally, because my weight loss has been so slow, I've decided to stick with a high Protein, little-to-no carb diet ... sorta like Atkins (but I do get in about 50 carbs per day) I've found this is the only thing that works for me, at least until I get enough fills to reach my "sweet spot" ...
