Holly Dolly 575 Posted March 31, 2012 6:30 - tea with Creamer 7:30- 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites 11:30 - Lean Cuisine baked chicken 2:30 - green salad topped with chicken breast and 1T dressing 6:00 - 2 oz tri tip, small baked potato, grilled zuchinni/carrots/aspargus, and a heavenly 1 oz piece of fresh french bread with a tad of butter! 7:00 sugar free dulce de leche pudding 1150 calories total. Right now, I alternate between interval jogging/walking and Bob Harper's Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation DVD. Bob's video is a beast of a workout! You go from weights, to squats, to prisoner lunges, to weights again, to jumping jacks, to plank exercises, to push ups, to weights again.....you get the drift. It's brutal and there are no breaks.
