Cate18 0 Posted February 5, 2010 For those that eat popcorn as a snack, what volume of popped popcorn will you typically eat ? I know this is a little lame to be asking, but how many individual pieces would you guess that you eat ? I love popcorn, but I'm really perplexed about how much is too much. I've had some Portion Control problems lately, and I'm trying to be more cognizant of what I'm eating. Thanks !

I know this is a little lame to be asking, but how many individual pieces would you guess that you eat ? I have some Act II Butter Lovers single serving bags that say 230 calories and makes 5 cups of popped corn. My husband and I shared one of these the other night and it was plenty. I laughed when I remembered how I used to eat a regular sized bag all by myself. .

RAinNH 0 Posted February 10, 2010 I have a friend that is on Jenny Craig. She likes to stay on the program five days during the week and cook on the week ends. I buy two full days of Jenny Craig food, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and Snacks to help her make up the days she doesn't use. It's nice for me to have two days a week that I don't have to plan meals. I choose the higher Protein meals and snacks, the cheese cake has 5 grams of protein and is a nice treat. The entree sizes are perfect. I'm hoping my friend stays on Jenny for a long time!
