S- 3 andis chocolates mint candies D- left over Olive Garden- 1 brd stick, 3 stuffed mushrooms, 3 toasted ravioli's, 1 fries mozzarella, 1 bowl chicken gnocci Soup. it seems like a lot here, but it took me a while to eat it here... I absolutely LOVE the chicken & gnocchi soup at Olive Garden. I get it everytime I go! Today was our weekly "eat out" day, so I didn't do so hot today. I usually just take Sunday's off completely... August 0 Posted August 3, 2009 Yesterday.... B – ½ C Uncle Sam’s Cereal with ¼ c. 1% milk L – Huevos rancheros at Mexican restaurant (ate about 2/3 cup eggs and beans). Too many chips with salsa S – Protein shake D – Most of a lean cuisine pizza S – Fiber One bar I was out shopping with my stepson yesterday. It was hot and we went in an ice cream shop. While he was choosing his flavor I realized that I was just thirsty. So I passed on the ice cream and had a bottle of Water. I was so proud of myself because ice cream is my big problem food in the summer. I realized that I've only had "real" ice cream twice in the last 6 months. Both times it was a small serving. So far today I've had 1.5 cups of broccoli cheese Soup and 1.5 cups of tortilla soup, four saltine crackers with a Laughing Cow Lite Garlic & Herb cheese wedge and a chocolate chip cookie. I KNOW...bad! meats are hard to swallow and I opt for the easy route. I'll try to do better for supper tonight! I'm excited to find this thread! Keep posting! I have been guilty of the same thing and trying really hard to get back on track. I've been doing better since I started posting my food here, but I still could do MUCH better.
