confused 4 Posted July 16, 2009 I have a question...does anyone drink muscle milk and if so are you loosing weight with it? I only ask because my doctor's asst. thinks there's to much fat and stuff in it...i don't think so but just looking for hard evidance. kcmagu 3 Posted July 16, 2009 I prefer the light (premade shakes) the regular taste too sweet for me - the light chocolate milk flavor tasted exactly like real chocolate milk to me. I tried the powder - but I just don't think I'm a powder Protein person - tasted too much like Protein Powder - does that make sense? My favorite - either making at home or getting an iced sf, ff, vanilla latte from any coffee shop and pouring the premade mm light chocolate milk in - BEST mocha latte drink I can think of! confused 4 Posted July 16, 2009 that sounds good...the mocha latta. I was using the Necter Protein powder the capaccino flavor and mixing it with coffee, ice, and creamer...i just have coffee burn out, and when that happens i stop drinking my protein all together.
