tlambright1986 0 Posted July 4, 2009 B- oatmeal 160 cal Homemade latte 110 cal l- mini sandwhich 100 cal with 90 cal of applesauce d-2 fresco tacos:cursing: 300 cal went for a run 2.5 miles:thumbup: when I got back I needed some food. *slim* 2 Posted July 5, 2009 today-I am so sick from eating dinner b-coffee w/splenda, yoplait light, string cheese stick l-cubed steak, .5 c mashed potatoes, .25 cup pinto Beans d-more cubed steak, .5 c mashed potato, .5 c turnip greens s-way too much rice pudding.
