LINRO123 0 Posted June 22, 2009 so sorry to hear you had trouble on vacation .my first vacation out of the country i was so worried ........becasue we use points to travel (hubby commutes to toronto every week from nyc area)......i asked e1 i knew and i was able to pack an entire suitcase with a small cooler.........going on vacation still scares me...... truediva 1 Posted June 22, 2009 yesterday b- Cookies & cream muscle milk l- 2 lemon cookies d- ham and cheese "sandwich", collard greens **this recipe is great** take chicken breast and pound it until very thin. Crush some Pork rinds, coat the chicken in egg, then pork rinds and fry. once done, spread one side of the chicken with some good mustard or BBQ Sauce , top with ham and swiss cheese (heat until the cheese is melted) With the chicken being so thin, I was able to keep it down:tt2: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I looked at my health food store, they have all but sesame. They have another brand that has a sesame. I may try that.
