punkster 0 Posted June 12, 2009 (edited) Mmm... philly cheese steak casserole sounds wonderful! Would you be so kind as to share your recipe, please? Thanks!!! i sort of made mine up with leftovers. it was delicious. 2 cups of left over steak cut up 2 cubed green peppers 1 cubed onion 1 Tbsp. dried minced garlic 1/2 sour cream 1 can of cream of mushroom Soup 1 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese (shredded) saute green peppers and onion until soft. add cooked steak and heat through. stir in garlic. stir in sour cream and soup and heat through. pour into 13x9 dish and sprinkle top with cheese. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. mine turned out a little soupy but i liked it that way. i would say if you wanted it to be thicker omit the sour cream or add al dente Pasta if you can eat it. here is a picture of mine Edited June 13, 2009 by punkster

updegraff 0 Posted June 12, 2009 My first day on full liquids!!! OMG....who ever thought that Cream of Wheat could taste so good!!! My husband made me some early this morning and put in some banana and a bit of Skim milk. It was not real watery and had a little consistancy to it. That first taste was the best thing I have tasted in 6 days!!! Then later I had a Protein Shake with 1/2 frozen banana, 2 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, 8 oz. skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla Protein mix and ice cubes. Blended them all together and sipped that. My husband drank a full glass of it and I could only drink about 1/2 glass. Later I plan on having some pureed Soup don't know what kind yet. My husband is picking it up at Panara's bread Company.
