Well i intended on a completely different 'food day' but then someone at work is going to houlihan's so i changed up my food so i can get something as well. b: coffee with skim, 50 cal l: potato Soup from houlihan's, 450 cal (although they say it's 387--i never fully believe them) d: probably a lean cuisine or something, 370 cal Total cal= 870 Gym: had an awesome work out yesterday...planning to do more of the same today. San Diego Mom 0 Posted April 15, 2009 KC - WOOHOO!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!! So I had a bit of episode last week: After Hawaii I decided that I needed to lose the 3lbs before going to have my much needed fill...now do I really need a fill. On Friday I went to costco and had a sample of Macadanian encrusted Mahi mahi and when I put it in my mouth it was like 1000 degrees...I did the worst thing....it was instinctual - I swallowed it whole. Well that irritated the crap out of the band so much that by Friday night I couldn't swallow my spit. It was horrible. I went to the ER and my dr. took it all out. I am on my own till next Monday....I am going to do everything to not gain a pound!!! So be warned about the damn Costco snacks! Sunday & Monday - way too much to write...amazing how much you can eat when band is empty!! Too much candy!!! Today: B - coffee S - 1/2 slice toast L - 1/2 slice of bread w/PB and 1/2 banana S - Trader Joes granola bar 150 calories D - some of the mahi mahi (really really good), salad Thanks for reading! I would have done the same thing b: venti iced caramel macchiato with skim, 300 cal l: campbells cup a Soup (cream of broc), 150 cal d: campbells cup a soup (maybe this Tomato one), about 180 cal (from what i remember) Total cal= 630 Gym: It sounds weird to "say" (aka write) this..but i'm really proud of myself. I reached another milestone...i can now jog at 4.0 for 3 minutes on and off while on the treadmill. I never thought in a million years i would jog one day. Like i look at these girls who skip and stuff outside lol..and i cannot get my body air-born!! Anyhoo, I did an hour of cardio and crunches last night. Today it's an hour of cardio and arms.
