toothdoc 0 Posted April 13, 2009 Does anyone know a website that list soft food recipes? I'm just on my 1st day of shakes, but I want to have a food plan in place when I am ready. The last thing I ate before surgery was at Chilli's. Classic nachos and buffalo wings (Bone-in) Will I still be able to eat these particular food items? There is a thread under food and nutrition for the food stages. As far as eating any of those foods, that is up to you, your band, and your expectations for losing weight. Good luck to you. *slim* 2 Posted April 14, 2009 i have been having this problem with leftover meat being too dry. anyone have any suggestions? I have found that I can eat some leftover meat (like steak) if I don't reheat it (let it come to room temp), other meats like pork or chicken breast, I can't get them down no matter what I do if it is left over.
