luluc 6 Posted April 2, 2009 i was at the grocery store and saw the hummus think i want to try it whats a good one and what do you eat it with. i like to make mine, to get a bit more Protein in - but store brands are fine, i just drizzle a little olive oil over a scoop w/some sea salt & cracked peper. i use it as a dip for veggies, spread for wraps, mix it in my tuna salad. lots of ideas. yesterday - b - tuna salad on wasa cracker l - 3oz jalapeno garlic talapia, steamed spinach (more garlic) d - chocolate / Peanut Butter Protein Shake s - pineapple spear grilled
kcmagu 3 Posted April 2, 2009 I also like to make mine but do buy out of convenience several times - there are several that I like but my absolute favorite and preference is SABRA - it has the smoothest texture (which of course does up the fat a little but its good fat)

Yeah the fresh chopped Tomato really makes it good I think. And I use a little more vinegar than it calls for, mainly because I like things tangy. I'm the same as you luluc, I keep frozen edamame in the house at all times. I think I'm going to go make some of this now! :welldoneclap:
 Prev 230 231 232 233 234 235 236 237 238 239 240 Next Page 235 of 419 Create an account or sign in to comment You need to be a member in order to leave a comment Create an account Sign up for a new account in our community.
