Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

b-atkins shake 150 cal (vanilla)

s- 50 cal snack

l- grilled chicken salad with ff dressing (half) prob... 200 cal

s- had a few bites of grilled chicken and a few...maybe more than a few tater chips from zaxbys

( now i want to punch myself in the face) so im going to be safe with 350 cal

d- tonight will be something really lite

oh BUT to get to the resturaunt that i had the grilled chicken salad at ME and my bf rode their on our bikes!! omg yes i did!!!

TODAY:

B: high Protein Slim fast chocolate shake

L: the meat sauce from between the layers and cheese on top of a small piece lasagna (pasta sheets too thick), 1/3 c. steamed broccoli, 1 bite breadstick, 2 shortbread Cookies :)

S: 1 more cookie - I mean seriously, grande skinny vanilla latte

3 bites pulled pork (taster)

D: 1.5 seared sea scallops, 1/4 c. steamed broccoli, 1/4 c. smashed sweet potato w/ drizzle of coconut Syrup

S: couple bites carrot cupcake - didn't feel good going down

s-6oz veg.beef soup

d-pork chop, tuna salad:frown:

s-italian icee

SATURDAY:

B: 1/2 cheese enchilada, 2 bites rice/beans

S: shortbread cookie, cappacchino

L: 1/2 c. smashed sweet potato w/ 2 oz greek yogurt and drizzle of maple Syrup mixed in and 1/2 oz Protein Cereal on top

D: 2 oz dover sole filet stuffed with spinach and feta cooked in white wine w/ 1/3 c. steamed broccoli

D: 2 more Cookies :tongue_smilie: and sf hot cocoa

Yesterday:

B - coffee w/splash of ff half and half, splenda

S - Pure Protein Shake

L - Fiber One Bar

D - 2 margaritas, chips and dip, too many hershey chocolate nuggets :tongue_smilie: - neighborhood happy hour...had too be neighborly!

Today:

B - coffee

S - FF yogurt

L - Fiber One Bar

D - went out - caprice salad & crab cake...i guess i need to mention the two glasses of wine...

yesterday -

b- 2 turkey sausage links, bowl of strawberries

l - ice cream cone

d - turkey burger w/grilled veggies

s - twizzlers

i fractured my foot on friday .... so DH took that to get me "treats" - i of course didn't turn them down:rolleyes:

Although I have always fully subscribed to the idea of the healing powers of ice cream - How can one argue with all that ice cold Protein, dairy, Calcium and comfort food goodness?!!!

Today, so far:

B: oatmeal packet

L: salad, bowl of chili with sour cream and cheddar cheese/ 2 small corn muffins crumbled in

Probably have a small salad for dinner, not sure yet.
