tlambright1986 0 Posted March 27, 2009 (edited) b-atkins shake 150 cal (vanilla) s- 50 cal snack l- grilled chicken salad with ff dressing (half) prob... 200 cal s- had a few bites of grilled chicken and a few...maybe more than a few tater chips from zaxbys ( now i want to punch myself in the face) so im going to be safe with 350 cal d- tonight will be something really lite oh BUT to get to the resturaunt that i had the grilled chicken salad at ME and my bf rode their on our bikes!! omg yes i did!!! tlambright1986 0 Posted March 28, 2009 (edited) b- EAS shake 110 cal s-100 cal snack l- a little less than a half of a grilled chicken salad from zaxbys (no bread or fried onions) probably 220 cal uhhhh grande iced chai 200 cal d-will have the rest of salad from lunch so about 220 cal....
