San Diego Mom 0 Posted March 19, 2009 Today: B - coffee L - 1/4 cup brown rice & 1/2 chicken stir fry...was starving and ate way too fast...got stuck. Only ate 1/2...was uncomfortable for hours. D - spinach salad w/almonds, croutons, balsamic vinegar, blood orange infused olive oil, cranberries, chicken. Kona 0 Posted March 19, 2009 I was banded March 2nd. I stayed with a Liquid Protein diet for 2 weeks. Yesterday, I had 1 container of baby food (prunes & very tasty) for Breakfast, a mid-morning Protein Drink, about 3 inches of grilled chicken for lunch, an afternoon Protein drink, 1 piece of cod fish for dinner and since it was my anniversary, I splurged a little and had pineapple cheesecake minus the crust.
