erin8888 0 Posted March 6, 2009 Breakfast: 1 egg with a slice of cheeder cheese on it and cup of tea with splenda. Lunch: Hot Dog with mustard, no bun of course! Not my first choice but it was yummy! Unsweet Tea Snack: Grab the Gold Protien Bar: Hands down best Protein Bar. If you like choc no bake Cookies this is for you!! Water, water and more water Dinner: Sauted Shrimp with Panchetta and Sage. This was so good and high in protein! tlambright1986 0 Posted March 6, 2009 ok today was reallllllly bad.... b-grande chai non-fat 200 cal s-100 cal snack l- my boyfriend wanted to go to a oriental buffett... i took 2 bits of chicken and throw it up then i tried to eat some pudding...that also came up l2- ham salad with 4 crackers 230 cal d- went to cracker barrell... had smoothered chicken had a few bites of salad a few bites of chicken and few bites of pinto beans....probably 1 million calories!!! but i did run/walk/jog for about an hour today.... tomorrow will def. be better!!!! DontSignUp 0 Posted March 6, 2009 Lapband was removed 1/31. Last 2 weeks have been 1 yogurt and 2 apple sauce a day. I am now on 2-3 oz 3x a day for 2 weeks. Hoping its ok I use this to keep myself on track. S - graham cracker w/PB Seriously had a bad day...my son is sick and was up all night....then was super cranky like only 2 year olds can be. Had to have the wine...
