San Diego Mom 0 Posted March 4, 2009 Thanks for your responses...I am losing weight but sometimes I doubt myself, have a weight stall and of course find that I snack when bored. Today: B - coffee w/splenda and milk S - 2/3 of a pure Protein Shake L - 2 egg whites, 2 avocado slices and one chicken apple sausage D - went to one of those salad/soup/bakery buffets...not good... some salad 2/3 cup (lettuce, beets, cauliflower, croutons, kidney Beans and LF cucumber dressing), Tomato Soup (2/3 cup), 1/4 cup of some other broth based Soup, and these cut up slices of grilled cheese foccacia and one chocolate chip Peanut Butter cube w/lf vanilla yogurt. NOT GOOD. BAD ME. After dinner I went to the gym worked out 40 minutes on elliptical. I WILL do better tomorrow. I must do better. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

B~ice coffee 2 sugars/ 2% milk 2slices turkey breast L~large slice pizza S~1 cup fat free choc ice cream D~2 cups of chic noodle Soup I could of done better. I eat tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad. Sometimes ham and cheese roll up. At first I ate a lot of tuna and chicken salad. I also would make turkey rolls. I would take a piece of turkey lunch meat and put some cream cheese on it and roll it up. I would eat FF Refried Beans with cheese and salsa. I used to eat a lot of Soup, but I got tired of that really fast! I guess from eating so much of it on the preop and postop diet.
