kcmagu 3 Posted November 16, 2008 Today B: high Protein chai S: hershey's snack size ghost (2) L: 1/2 turkey & cheese sandwich, 5 potato chips, sugar cookie D: leftover 3 oz seared tenderloin, 1/3 c mashed potato S: 1/2 apple w/ 2 tbls Peanut Butter warmed and mixed with some caramel - dangerous Note from the week -my sweet tooth has been very strong:blush: but I found a highlight: had a great time with my friends at the Capitol Grill last night. Being someone who truly loves food (creating, eating, sharing, discovering) I have never minded spending money on good food. Although the price tag is sometimes very high - I am definitely enjoying getting 3-4 meals out of an entree :thumbup: (my friends were a little jealous) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
