Breakfast ~ 2 MorningStar Country Scramble Veggie Bites

Lunch ~ 1/2 C Ground Beef mixed w/ 1/4 C No Fat Refried Beans, topped w/ 1/4 C Shredded cheese & Avocado Salsa

Snack ~ 10 Pepperidge Farm Wheat Crisps, 3 T Light Cream Cheese

Dinner ~ 1/2 of a Cordon Bleu Stuffed chicken Breast, 10 Ore Ida French Fries, Seasoned

b-sf carnation instant breakfast

s- 1/2 grilled pastrami and onions, topped with mustard

l-sweet and sour shrimp

d- fish sticks

exercise..worked out with the trainer 1 hr

Wednesday:

B: 1/2 c. cream of wheat w/ 1.5 tbls Peanut Butter and splenda mixed in :lol:

L: 4 oz parmessan chicken with lemon artichoke sauce

S: all night long at work - trail mix m&m's and reeses pieces - they were out on the counter :tongue2:

D: see above snackage

had a string cheese around 1000 am trying to stay awake as I drove home
