debsta816 10 Posted July 7, 2015 I lost 8 pounds, but not without a recommitment to my eating plan. I'm afraid to eat real food so exist on shakes, Protein Bars and Water. devillynn 193 Posted July 8, 2015 didn't get a chance to log in until now - i am still at 191 not bad considering i had a birthday last Friday - so had a big party Saturday loads of food and fun all weekend and booze galore -- hahahahah! Not too disappointed as I was really off program whilst I was away but I committed to exercising every day so I'm proud of myself for that. Some quick stats: 99 people completed the challenge 31 people made their goal 739.8 pounds were lost by the group as a whole! @@Micdruss was the overall leader by %, losing 10.62% in 6 short weeks!
