amoreno 31 Posted May 23, 2015 Hi I am just starting this journey and I am two weeks into the "diet" so I am replacing one medal with a Protein Shake. The problem what do I eat??? I find that I have done too many diets when now I have no idea what just am doing? I find I am eating too much fruit and sugar free jello/pudding. Is anybody else stuck? Miss Mac 6,262 Posted May 23, 2015 The best advice I can give you is to shop the perimeter of the store where the produce, meat, and dairy is.
