Sleevelady 2 Posted May 22, 2015 I had sleeve surgery on Tuesday, May 19. My surgeon also fix a stomach hernia that I didn't even know I had. My pain levels on Wed were far more than I expected despite pain medication. For two days I felt very nauseous and would try to vomit but nothing came up. I came home on Thursday and was sooooo tired. Feeling a bit better today and trying to drink my Water and Protein Drinks, but very low energy. How long until I feel like my old self? judyoz 240 Posted May 22, 2015 I think that is normal. I was very tired the first two weeks, but it got better with time. I am only 3 and 1/2 weeks out so I don't have a lot more on you.
kempermorris 144 Posted May 22, 2015 Drink your Protein drinks. They will help you heal. Everyday you will get stronger. You should be off pain meds in a week. Good Luck
Sleevelady 2 Posted May 23, 2015 It's day 4 since my sleeve. I've had 2 Protein Shakes and clear liquid sine Tuesay and I'm very disappointed that I weigh the SAME as I did the day of surgery. Im felling better, mostly very tired, but I hash oped to lose something after going through the pain, nausea, etc.
