Good for you I am 59 have had both knees replaced and other things. I have lost over 100 pounds in thus past year. It does change your life!!!! Good luck!

I also have this fear. Although I am far from goal right now, I have lost a lot of weight before and noticed the difference. The different way that people treat me or pay attention to me. It really is a shame. I like my fat and keep it around me as a protective barrier. It is scary to think of myself without my protection.
