My pre-op tests will include: labs (including Vitamins and minerals, I swear they took 20 tubes of blood), an upper GI x-ray, an exercise evaluation, an EGD, and a psychological evaluation. I think every surgeon is different though. I don't have any co-morbidities though so I didn't require a stress test, sleep study or pulmonary function test.
