Im new, sleeved 4/22/15 n stalling! Help

Recommended Posts

I can relate to what you're saying. I had my surgery in October 2014 and was losing every month but in recent months I've only lost 10 lbs. I have reached a plateau and can't seem to get past the ten pounds. About feeling your legs like jelly make sure you are taking all your Vitamins and make sure eating enough Protein.

Stalls are part of the process. I got my sleeve 4/30/15. No stalls yet, but I know they are coming. This is a lifelong journey were on, and our bodies need time periodically to adjust. I suggest not weighing yourself every day, but paying close attention to following your nutrition, hydration, and exercise. Hang in there....

Call your doctor. That doesn't sound normal at all. You may be dehydrated. I had my surgery the day after you and I feel perfectly normal. (better than normal, actually)
