JillC878 59 Posted May 20, 2015 I am a little over a year post-op and am stalled and have been for two months or so. I was wondering if someone who is still loosing could give me an example of their diet for a day, please? I am at a loss and still have more then 30lbs to go before I get to my goal. feedyoureye 3,087 Posted May 22, 2015 After stalling, gaining, loosing, and gaining again... I finally got to goal at three years using the 5:2. Find info pinned to the top of the Vets page.
