How much to lose

if I am borderline BMI and my nutritionist wants me to lose weight ..are they going to take the starting number or the number where I am after I lose weight..

it seems to be a catch if I lose too much weight I'll have a low BMI but if I'm not showing progress . that can count against me..

i'm thinking of losing weight the latter three months .. just to show progress

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
