liannatx 897 Posted May 20, 2015 Yep! Just woke up the day I needed to start and had a Protein drink and one for lunch....I did my meal as dinner. I wanted to be able to have dinner with my husband. I had flavored waters and VitaminWater Zero, and just drank a lot all day to help with the hunger... it wasn't that bad after the first couple of days. chtruitt92 0 Posted May 20, 2015 Okay so it doesn't sound to bad. I guess drinking would help with hunger never really thought of it. I'm 23 and about to have the surgery done on June 10th. mchap25 65 Posted May 21, 2015 I'm in day 3 and I jumped right in. Being able to eat unlimited non starchy veggies has saved me from throwing in the towel. I'm also taking advice and varying my drinks between sweet and broth. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
