I use all the ones mentioned above plus those listed below. Note that they are not all for bariatric surgery meals specifically. However, some of them (like the Iron you) have cauliflower bread and pizza crust recipes and some other helpful recipes.< /p>

Look at Carbquik. It is low in carbs and has good Protein. They have a recipe site. I also just Google and look through.
