konalisa80 239 Posted May 18, 2015 Thank you to everyone who shares about their stalls and how they work through it! This month weight has either gone up a bit then back down then stayed the same. Thanks to all my reading on here and after checking my food/exercise patterns I can be grateful for what I have achieved so far. It's so important right now for me to focus on the NSVs such as wearing a medium top and size 9/10 pants, completing my 2nd 5k, cutting almost 6 minutes off my 5k time, etc. Staying in positivity and gratitude!!!
