poochie 0 Posted June 23, 2007 you are just healing.three weeks your band is not tight at all,so you can have more of your hamburger.remember you need more protein.more Protein is the way to go first.don't be afraid.i had my surgery on the 7th of this month june and i have no restriction at all.i am hungry ,so i eat every two hours,just alittle. Fairiefyre 0 Posted June 24, 2007 ok thank you so much for replying i also cannot abre to stomach anymore whey poweder drinks for some reson right now so i have been drinking dr Atkins 1gm sugar 17 gm proetein shakes.
