Ughhh!!! So tight with congestion, I'm currently taking zirtec. I'm having to be on liquids, even mushies aren't going down. Anyone having the same issues? How are you dealing? I'm really sad that my normal methods like hot liquids aren't helping. I'm seriously considering a slight unfil.

When I have severe allergies or a cold my band is tighter. I often go to liquids when I am sick.
