Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted May 15, 2015 So I got sleeved on the 12th but feel like I'm definitely not getting enough calories in on just one bottle of Gatorade a day (130 calories). I'm thinking of making the change to regular Jello and no more sugar free. Anybody else do this and felt a bit better? liannatx 897 Posted May 16, 2015 If it were me, I would drink a second Gatorade before I would eat the full sugar Jello. It won't be such a sugar load if it is spread out in sips over the course of an hour or two. Does a Jello even have many calories?
