The Journey 2 Posted May 15, 2015 I had sleeve surgery in February and was doing great - It seems now that I can eat more of a variety of foods my weight is at a standstill. I still eat very small portions like 4 to 6 times daily but am not loosing the weight - ANY suggestions would help!!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
AussieSam 234 Posted May 15, 2015 Weight loss doesn't occur on a daily basis and you won't get to your ideal weight overnight. Patience is the name of the game and it's a lifetime thing. applegal79 19 Posted May 15, 2015 I only weigh myself every 2 weeks! It makes getting through plateaus very easy. As long as I get on the scale and it's less than the last time I was on it I'm happy!
