Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins? Feeling Nauseous

I've been able to do all of my normal medications plus my multi Vitamins fine, but today (10 days post op) I tried to take my hair Skin and Nails Vitamins, and I got SOOOOOO nauseous. That's the first time since surgery that I've felt even the slightest bit of nausea.

Today is also my first day of soft foods...Any thoughts on this? Do vitamins make anyone else nauseous? Or do y'all think it's the food?

Yes, Vitamins have made me a bit nauseous... I am three weeks out and have learned to take a tablespoon of soft cream of wheat, then the vitamins and then another tablespoon of soft cream of wheat. Seems to prime the stomach pouch.

I haven't been nauseous yet but I also eat a piece of stick cheese, spoonful of applesauce or drink my Protein shake with the Vitamins. They have always made me sick on an empty stomach.
